Huntington Beach Veterinary Hospital boards dogs and cats at 724 E Utica Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. Call (714) 536-7591 to ask about a stay or request an appointment (PetDesk).
When you cannot be with your dog or cat — a day at work or a stretch of travel — our boarding team feeds, exercises, and watches them on site. If a guest needs a veterinarian during hospital hours, care is in the same building.
Hospital hours: Monday–Friday 7:30 am–6:00 pm · Saturday 8:00 am–6:00 pm · Sunday closed. We are not a 24-hour facility. Drop-off and pick-up are during posted hospital hours. The hospital is closed Sunday, so there is no Sunday pick-up at the desk.
Vaccines we require
To protect every guest, pets must be current:
- Dogs: rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and bordetella (kennel cough)
- Cats: rabies and FVRCP
We also recommend flea and tick prevention. Pets showing signs of illness or contagious conditions are not admitted. Details: call (714) 536-7591 or see vaccinations.
